Key Responsibilities:

General office housekeeping (Emails, Telephone, Filing) Create, organise and follow-up on watch repairs Manage jobs and due dates to ensure all jobs are complete  by due date.

Stock processing and labelling.

Assist management with shop display in the mornings.

 

Requirements:

Matric Certificate

2 years’ experience in an office environment or similar position

 Computer Literacy is very important

The main objective of the position is to have excellent record keeping and organisational skills.

We need someone who takes initiative that can work well without management, a great communicator that is efficient and pro-active.

This person will be the communicating channel between our office, workshop and shop as well as suppliers that we send repairs to, ensuring that the workflow of the shop and the workshop can run smoothly without losing productivity and that all jobs are complete by due date.
