Job description
• Book appointments with clients regarding callouts
• Schedule the technicians
• Stay in contact with technicians
• Follow up with the technicians to make sure that they are on time for their appointments
• Print the job cards
• Create the quotes
• Prepare the paperwork daily for the accounts department
• Assist the department manager with any admin work
• Maintain a set daily schedule
• Contact clients if the technicians are running late
• Deal with customer queries and complaints
Requirements
• Customer service experience, Administrative experience
• Experience with email and telephonic queries, Proficient communication skills
