General & Admin Support:
Ensure all required checklists (safety, site, vehicle etc.) within Engineering department are done and maintenance requests are logged for job cards.
Assist Operations Assistant and Engineering and Projects Assistant with all administration related works
Daily communication/updates on tasks assigned to you within the department.
National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
Experience in Health and Safety, technical and have worked in an industrial environment
1 to 3 years previous Storeman and administration experience
Read and write reports and able to analyse information / mathematically good
Very computer literate on Excel, Word and Power Point, MS Projects
Very good attention to detail and can communicate well at all levels (Management/Suppliers/Technicians/Workshops)
Cooperative and willing to assist others and work in a team environment
Strong Organisational and Filing skills.
