Duties and Responsibilities:

Gather as much information as possible and log the call
Dispatch the next available Field Service Technician
Provides support and guidance to the Service Team
Keep the Client Informed
Co-ordinate, monitor and improve Field Service activities for the organization
Ensure an efficient and effective service is provided to the customer, that their requirements are met, that service calls are closed within the agreed SLA times and that the customer is happy with the work done.

Experience, Qualifications & Skills:

Matric / Grade 12
Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a Service Desk / Coordinating a Field Service Team
Fully Computer Literate
Detail orientated
Exceptionally organised and can multi-task and mange things to completion
Problem Solver
Excellent Communication Skills
