Service desk administrator required in Midrand.
Requirements:
- Grade 12/matric
- Relevant degree/diploma
- Three years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in the financial services (advantage)
- Ensure that service incident and service request tickets are created and assigned to the relevant support teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail
- Deadline driven
