Purpose of the job:

Taking orders from Customers and ensure prompt  delivery and collection. Opening and closing contracts within the required standards and procedures.

 

Key duties and responsibilities:

•Assist walk in and telephonic clients / hires
•Assist with client ops and insurance queries
•Maintain bookings
•Update daily reports (doc con, turndown & substitution list)
•Complete daily utilisation report
•Raising PO numbers on Embrace
•GRV invoices on Embrace
•Stationery ordering for all BU’s and control of stock
•Petty Cash
•Assist in other departments when required
•Oversee archive room for all BU’s

Minimum requirements:

•Grade 12
•Strong Admin skills
•Client service skills
•Time management
•Attention to detail
•Team player
