  • Welcome visitors / Brand Ambassadors/ clients
  • Maintaining Front Office
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Filing
  • General admin duties
  • Assisting staff members with venue bookings
  • Recording whereabouts
  • Boardroom bookings

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • A Matric (Grade 12) qualification
  • Must have one year’s reception/admin experience
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, including Outlook)
  • Must have good telephone etiquette
  • Articulate – English (other language beneficial)
  • Good communication skills
  • Contactable references
  • Non smoker
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
