Responsibilities including but not limited to:
– Answering phones
– Greeting visitors (including making beverages)
– Processing security procedures (we are a highly secured building)
– Maintaining office food & beverages, stationery etc.
– Assisting with light bookkeeping
– Preparing staff expenses forms
– General office assistance Seeking:
Experience and Requirements:
– Fluent English speakers
– Receptionist experience preferable
– Bookkeeping experience preferable
– Microsoft Office competent
Salary: R9 000
