Reception Duties (including answering/transferring calls, screening calls & taking messages)
Making appointments and keeping a detailed calendar
Receiving visitors
Taking minutes for meetings
Creating, managing and sending out bulk e-mails & SMS’es
Assist in record keeping and filing
Managing of Petty Cash & Petty Cash Reports
Assisting members with online membership system, administrative & financial queries.
Assisting with invoicing & credit notes if needed
Requirements:
1-3 years working experience in reception and/or office administration
MS Word & Excel experience a must
Experience in Sage Pastel or Sage Evolution beneficial
Professionalism
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Polite and friendly
Accuracy in his/her work
Excellent organisational skills
Initiative taker
Able to work independently
