Day to day administration of client policies
Activation of new policies on system
Generation of policy schedules, invoices, credit notes,
Generation of member certificates, membership cards
Monthly reconciliations of client policy movements
Updating clients‘ staff census
Policy renewal administration
Liaising with clients
Generating reports for management


Minimum Requirements:
South African or permanent resident
English Fluent Read Write and Speak
Matric and Relevant Diploma or Certificate – Insurance – Administration
Basic Accounting or Bookkeeping – Advantageous
Insurance Administration Advantageous
Customer Services and Administration
