Duties will include:
Customer Orders:
See to relevant paperwork for Customer Orders
Arrange and follow-up on Logistics on Finished Product collection and deliveries
Communication to forklift drivers to pack Customer Orders
Check Finished Products pallets & complete forms
Complete outgoing process
Reception:
Manage switchboard
Visitor control
Admin assistance to departments
Coffee / Tea for visitors
Minimum Requirements:
Matriculation
Able to start immediately
2+ year admin and reception experience
