Job description:
Run/Manage and maintain activity venue
Customer interactions
Staff management
Stock control
Customer bookings
Cashier duties
Venue checks/maintenance reports
Phone calls
Sales visits
Weekend work will be required
Potential rotational work (shifts/some free weekends)
Trading hours 9am – 6pm, Thursday – Monday week
7 days a week during school holidays
Drivers license essential

Skills required:
Able to manage staff
Happy to deal with customers
Well-presented (will be ‘face’ of the business)
Willing to get stuck in and involved in the company
Drivers license essential

Additional competencies include Full Facility Contract Management and Procurement paired with a solid knowledge of Food Service and Food Safety, Health & Safety Standards (ISO/HACCP) Operational Audit Reporting Functions and the Administration thereof.
