To assist the Branch Manager with daily duties.
Opening and closing of job cards.
Give constant feedback to the Manager and the Management Team.
To ensure all work is completed as per the work instruction.
To keep a good administrative system.
Opening all jobs with official documentation attached.
Supply delivery notes and signed service reports.
Provisional checking of jobs to ensure all transactions captured once jobs are completed.
Preparing job files.
Send service reports to Head Office.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Administrator
