Key Responsibilities:
Operations Administration
Daily sales reporting
Update productivity figures for stores
Prepare quarterly figures in spreadsheet format for all Company stores
Assist with operations’ personnel and management
Local & internal travel arrangements
Accommodation arrangements
Transport arrangements
Replenish supplies for various meetings
Ordering supplies for relevant meetings
Ordering stationary for head office
Relieve at reception as per roster
Diary management and scheduling of appointments
Provide a support role as required
Coordination of the insurance claim process
Assist with customer service queries
Liaise with landlords to manage leases and related administration
Coordination of maintenance and repairs for stores within the corporate and franchise network.
Ensure order process is completed in line with minimum standards.

Minimum Requirements:
Matric and Relevant qualification
Proficient in MS Office Suite
