Key responsibilities:

Receive faxes and incoming mail, including applications and additional documents
Sort mail according to set categories
Distribute mail and observe handover protocols
Attend to walk in applicants
Update mail management register
Maintain mail related documentation
Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports

Qualifications and other requirements:

1 year experience in an Administration environment
Communication skills
Microsoft Office Skill
Ability to work independently and under pressure
