Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 Certificate
South African Identity Document/valid driver’s license
Opera knowledge is essential/Word and Excel spreadsheets
1 – 3 year’s previous experience in a customer focused industry with contactable landline references
A sunny and positive attitude with excellent communication skills
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
The ability to work accurately individually and as part of a team
Well presented with excellent grooming standards

Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and greeting guests in a manner that creates a favourable first impression
Ensure an efficient reception experience for Guests – check in /out audit procedures
Achieve positive outcomes from Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Answering the calls in a professional and friendly manner and redirect as appropriate
Convey knowledge of our game drives, picnics, entertainment, packages, promotions and use up-selling techniques to promote lodge services and facilities
Use the correct procedure regarding the acceptance of foreign currencies, credit cards and cash in accordance with the lodge credit policy
Ensure that the Front Office Manager is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments
