THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS REQUIRED TO:

Administration Officer:

Be responsible for the full administration function for a portfolio of clients
Process client files and identify missing information -follow up on outstanding documents
Track the movement in client accounts
Provide updates to the relevant team members
Effective query management and resolution
Ensuring daily control procedures are adhered to
Work with relevant documents such as trial balances, bond statements, balance sheets etc.
Contribute to the team as needed
Assist departments with administrative duties


Client relationship management:

Liaising with clients to gather the relevant information for their files
Build relationships with clients
Client reporting


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate should have 3 years minimum experience in a similar role (Administrative)
Bookkeeping knowledge& Trust administration experience advantageous
Excellent written (email) and verbal communication skills
Professional and excellent work ethic
Ability to prioritise issues, work efficiently, independently and complete actions necessary to meet requests
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent customer service
Ability to adapt easily to a constantly changing environment
Ability to take initiative
Enjoy working with others and dealing with clients
Strong team orientation and ability to function as a team player
Overall positive attitude and willingness to provide help to the entire team when needed
Pro-active and problem solving focus
