End-to-End IT support for all staff within the company, including but not limited to:
Computer hardware setup and configuration.
Computer software setup and configuration.
Basic networking setup and configuration.
Troubleshooting and resolving IT related issues.
Providing training on utilising IT tools and systems effectively.
Following IT policy and procedure.
A strong level of IT proficiency through previous exposure.
Very good analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
The ability to work independently and take initiative.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of customer service delivery.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure in difficult situations.
Willingness to learn and teach in order to develop yourself and those around you.
The ability to think out-of-the-box and yet follow set process/procedure at the same time.
Keen eye for detail.
