What’s the role?
- Receive client calls for first line support and try resolve
- If first line approach does not work log on remotely and provide second line support
- If remote second line support does not work then do a call out to fix the client problem at their office
- Identify problems and provide solutions and fix

- Relevant IT degree or diploma
- Two years’ industry experience
- A+
- N+
- MCSE or equivalent Microsoft qualification
- VMWare and Hyper-V Knowledge
- Have excellent administrative skills and be able to multi-task
- Have the ability to build healthy relationships (clients and internal)
- Open to working after hours when required
- Must have drivers licence and own vehicle and prepared to travel to different clients in a day
- Is fully proficient on Ms Office (advanced level)
