Human resources/employee relations manager required in Bedfordview.
Degree in human resources/IR
Five to eight years’ experience in a HR/IR specialist role within the mining industry
Knowledge of labour legislation e.g. Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act, etc.
Experience in union liaison and negotiation
Knowledge of human capital processes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to meet deadlines
