Assists the HR manager with HR related admin
Maintain personnel records
Liaise with Union Representatives and associated documentation
Manage all HR related documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides)
Updating internal databases
Ensure the HR department supports employees while conforming to relevant labour laws
Explain company policies and procedures to employees and enforce same
Perform payroll and timekeeping functions
Ad hoc duties as required


National Diploma in HRM or similar
2-3 years’ experience within HR Admin
Experience in a unionised manufacturing environment is essential
