Duties include:

  • Send all documentation to HRSS for scanning and record keeping.
  • Ensures all documentation required for leave administration is received, including leave forms and sick certificates are received for employees not on ESS
  • Captures all leave application forms onto SAP/Bestime, including annual leave, sick leave, compassionate leave, maternity leave, unpaid leave, etc.
  • Provides staff with confirmation of employment letters, copies of payslips, service letters, etc. as required
  • Processes garnishee orders through signing receipt from the sheriff, informing the employee and then submits document to HRSS / payroll for processing
  • Maintains existing BU HR files and ensures its updated with the relevant information
  • Sends all take on documentation to HRSS for staff on boarding and scanning
  • Advise and follow up with HRSS for Maternity and Termination documents
  • Distributes all wages employees pay slips before 25th of every month
  • Informs HRSS of any changes to employee details and information and follows through
  • Informs Management and HR Manager of pending retirements
  • Provides auditors with necessary files and documentation
  • Addresses all general queries received from management and employees
  • Provides all parties timeously with the relevant and accurate HR documentation



Experience, Qualifications and Knowledge required:

  • At least 2 years’ HR Administration experience coupled with a minimum of 2 years Payroll/Wages experience
  • Completed three year National Diploma or Degree within Human Resources
  • SAP HR Module
  • Best Time system
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Procedures
