What will you be doing in this role?

Financial Management Reporting, statutory reporting, budgeting and analysis
Product costing and pricing
Payroll with benefits
External audit management
Finance staff management

What do you need to be successful in this role?

Financial Qualification, BCom or similar
At least 3 years’ experience managing the full financial function including cost and pricing management
Senior member of the management team
Complex analysis and interpretation of the financials with monthly presentations to the Board
Knowledge with costing and price management
Finance team management, coaching and performance monitoring
Advanced Excel and accounting systems ERP knowledge (Oracle, SAP, Syspro)
Excellent display of business acumen, commercial thinking, customer orientation, planning and executing strategies and meeting deadlines
