Replenishment of petty cash:
Prepare FNB Cash Order form for reimbursement of funds
Ensure cash requests are approved and submitted timeously
Monitor and forecast cash requirements to avoid any cash shortages

Customer Service:
Work closely with employees and line managers in an advisory role
Provide feedback to employees and managers on Finance matters or queries

Required minimum education and training:
Grade 12, with Accounting
Finance related diploma preferable

Required minimum work experience:

Minimum of 2 years finance experience

Additional education, work experience and personal abilities:
Computer literacy – strong Microsoft Excel skills
Exceptional organisational and administrative skills, with resilience to interruptions
Analytical with meticulous attention to detail
Self-motivated, confident & assertive
Deadline driven & ability to prioritise own work load
Willing and able to work overtime
