A New Install Technician will also be required to assist in preparing terminals, taking customer queries and assist in resolving them, logging of calls and when necessary assisting with service call outs and replacements.
· Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
· Tie workflow to schedule
· Manage all setup, installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks
· Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
· Produce timely and detailed service reports
· Document processes
· Operate vehicle in a safely manner and use field automation systems
· Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
· Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization
· Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
· Build positive relationships with customers
Job Requirements:
Experience : 2 years working in the industry
Minimum level of education : A+N+
Have a valid driver’s license and vehicle
Must want to work with people and not be office bound
Must be able to communicate well in English internally and external, a second language will be a bonus.
Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Be able to manage your time
Must be punctual and reliable
Be able to assist clients from different backgrounds
Must be able to work within a team
