Position Description
This is an administrative support position that reports directly to the Branch Manager. The role renders general administration to all in the branch, with a specific focus on client communication and loading and redirecting work flow to the Sales Support Consultant/financial advisers
Key Responsibilities
Output/Core Tasks:
- Facilitate bulk communication by working closely with an external communication’s company
- Undertake periodic direct communication to clients
- Co-ordinate client information updates
- Upload /refresh mobile application with client detail in preparation for client presentation or appointment
- Workflow management and reporting
- Team cohesiveness and relationship building by building productive relationships with advisers, sales management and alliance departments
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
Experience:
- 3 years’ experience in financial distribution services
- 2 – 3 years’ client service and administration experience
